My goal is for my clients to find a happy balance using massage, diet, herbal medicine, exercise, meditation, breathwork, and other practices.

I'm in the process of becoming a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Herbologist which will greatly aide my clients to achieve total body health.

Pamper Thyme began its journey into the world of wellness 

Pamper Thyme began its journey just over a year ago, founded with a simple yet profound goal: to create a sanctuary where individuals can escape the stresses of daily life and immerse themselves in a journey of self-care and healing. My name is Hilary, and I’m the founder and lead massage therapist at Pamper Thyme. I set out to create a space dedicated to providing unparalleled relaxation and rejuvenation experiences, where every client can experience the transformative power of personalized care.

I bring a wealth of expertise and passion to every session, having graduated from Denver Integrative Massage School. My approach is rooted in a holistic understanding of wellness, blending massage therapy with a range of practices designed to promote balance in the body and mind. From Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to Myofascial Release, Thai Sen Lines, Ayurveda, and Craniosacral Therapy, each massage is tailored to meet your unique needs.

At Pamper Thyme, my goal is to help clients find a happy balance in their lives through massage, diet, herbal medicine, exercise, meditation, breathwork, and other holistic practices. I am also in the process of becoming a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Herbologist, which will allow me to offer even more comprehensive support for your total body health.
